I am sure I will be severely chastised for the post in here I have already made, so why stop now.  It appears there is a clear winner, is there a unit (Manufacture) that has already been determined somewhere else and a model and I just missed it?

I would take any of them as a review, I have an Anova, and  Sous Vide Supreme, I use the sous Vide Supreme more often than the anova, as for griddle what are we talking just a plane stove top or, something like a blackstone or camp chef? I have one of the little 17" tabletop blackstone griddles, it works great I can't imagine how nice a larger unit from anyone would be. As for the vertical pellet, I think it would be great for jerky, and things like cased sausages, trail bologna, snack sticks, that was the reason I bought my propane vertical.

I would say any one but the griddle, I believe we had a Sizzle Q review done on the other site. Unless it would be a table top. Otherwise its all good!

I would hope you all are considering major league griddle, a big a surface as possible, I am talking short order size...like you said, we did Sizzle Q, a great product...But I would hope you all are thinking something like this...Edit:  Yeah, I change my mind!

I should have voted sous vide because I have the Camp Chef grill/griddle (propane) and 4 pellet grills.

The griddle discussion will most likely be Blackstone or Camp Chef.  It will be like asking people which pit should I buy.

I would think if these continue to go well that eventually we will get to each of the items in the current poll.

Weight for shipping needs to be kept in mind.  It doesn't do any good to look at a $200-300 purchase if it is going to be $600 to ship.

I did not vote being I just got a 17" Blackstone model griddle and a vertical smoker would be way to big for me.  I don't know what a sous vide is and what it is used for.
