Smokin Bros SB 24 Premium with mods.  Moving to a FEC 500 or similar with S.S. and pellet drop to pot design.  Need to sear more than I never realized to bring out the special taste of caramelized sauce or rub to say nothing of a great steak, you need to have searing readily available.

I still have a Traeger tailgater, but lately I have switched to one of the Masterbuilt pellet smokers. These things are HUGE. I love mine.

Started with a Traeger 070 then quickly sold it and upgraded to the 2009 MAK 2 Star (#28). Still have #28 but now cook mostly on a 2015 model MAK 2 Star.

Started with a Cookshack SM66 Amerique electric.
Then found a killer deal on a used Fast Eddy FEC100.
Then we got a GMG Daniel Boone at work and I found I liked having a pellet grill to use so,
next was a GMG Davy Crockett for home then got a deal on a used GMG Daniel Boone.
My go to on a daily basis is the Davy Crockett.

Started with an early model Kuma that had problems and was returned. Bought a Mak 1 Star and love it. Now I'm looking at a  2 Star or possibly a Memphis.

Started with a small gas smoker. After lurking on Pelletheads for a while we bought a Louisiana CS570. Love it. Thinking about upgrading but this one works and I know how it cooks.
