I did two more pizzas just to see if I could improve. They were better, but nothing to write home about. If the winner buys the gas attachment, it will probably be a nice win for them.

I dialed it back, and got no soot. Also, didn't get the super high heat look either even though the stone was 850 when launched. Just doesnt retain heat well when the pellets are not full bore.
