Skirt Steak Tacos
« on: March 22, 2018, 05:20:34 PM »

We missed Taco Tuesday, so we rolled it into Taco Wednesday.  I used the recipe posted by makgrills in the beef recipe section.  I used a basic Chipotle rub I picked up at a BBQ contest, and cooked it at 400 for 10 minutes on each side.  Let rest for a few minutes and then sliced.

Hey Okie,

That was not over an open flame.  The standard setup, and temperature set to 400.
