18 Racks of Beef backs for Easter

Well Dyno Dan Smoking did 18 racks of beef ribs for Easter on my ys1500. Here are a few pics.... Enjoy and God bless.

I saw beef ribs on sale the other day but have never cooked them.  How much different is the process compared to pork ribs?  3-2-1 method work here or is there a better way??

How do you like that 1500? I am looking at a new smoker in the next year or so and I am leaning toward the 640 or 1500?

I did 3-2-1 in the wrap only put beef broth.
