I overlap and use blue painters tape.

I would say that’s a bad idea in an enclosed hot environment

I got the 18 inch peach paper on Amazon relatively inexpensively. They offer the wider stuff, but I am cheap.

I believe the color of the butcher paper, like coffee filters, depends on how it’s made.  Pink paper is unbleached, white is bleached (or processed with something).
