Using the heck out of the griddle.
Sausage crumbled pancakes, OE eggs, taters and a sausage patty.

It makes very good hash browns.
They did send me the replacement parts but have not "temped" it to see if it makes a difference.
Quite possibly one of the best cooking "gadgets" we have.

Never heard of mixing sausage in pancake batter! :o I'm guessing you precook the sausage first?

Yes we do cook it first.
Spicy sausage, pancake batter & real maple syrup.
Believe it or not, we gently salt the top of the pancakes, yum.

That's a great breakfast...or lunch...or dinner!  My grandchildren spent the night.  They wanted pancakes for dinner.

Guess what we had..pancakes.

I have one of those little griddles it is nice to have and portable. I need to try the sausage in the pancake thing, I usually like them together anyway. We also do breakfast for dinner, pancakes, sausage or bacon and eggs, sometimes I just crack 8 or so eggs and mix up and do a fritatata with some of the left over stuff in the fridge.
