Indeed it is, kind of surprised me that Bentley opted to no cheese on a hot dog?
For me it is a must.

I don't get the cheese on a hot dog. Now, give me a Dog, Brat, Hot Link or Smoked Sausage with cheese IN it and it is go time!

I'm a huge Manchego fan. I eat it alone. (That's both by myself, and without anything else).

I also sometimes have it cut into sticks, with a can of sardines (I've come to love sardines in my older age, and they're VERY good for you, with all their omega 3 fatty acids), some cornichon, and mustard.

I hanker for a hunka, a slab or slice or chunka, I hanker for a hunk of cheese.
