Evidently not in the SEC.... I would love to see them start going out and showing how good they are all over the country (west coast/Rockies not the other side of the Mississippi) or even playing 9 conference games but that will never happen. Like has been said before why look to play harder schedule if they don't have too. I did watched the game and it was good to see they finely look like they could pass the ball at will this year or could just be the SEC defenses. Sounds like QB has Heisman all but delivered as the best football player out there. Be nice to see another top ten QB drafted out of Alabama since Richard Todd.

Just my response to the question put out there but if it was a rhetorical question free to delete my response.

We get Boise State on the blue turf for the 2nd time for the MW Championship.  Ya got win to be the best.  Win or lose, we still get to sit at the kids table when the Bowls are announced!

As will the MN Gophers.  Bowl eligible by the skin of their teeth.  But ended the season in a big way vs Wisconsin.

Perhaps a rematch in a bowl game with your Dawgs?

I sure would like to see it,but I am not sure since the playoff format started if the conferences still have ties to certain bowl games, and 2-5 are locked in!

Rose Bowl baby!

THIS is what the bowls mean.  Take me back 50 years and play the games... When they meant something other than $$$

Roll Tide!

So glad Jalen Hurts got a second chance.  Georgia played a good game, but couldn’t finish,

Alabama needs to turn pro to make it fair for the rest of college football.

Finally 1-10 on the Blue!

On to the Las Vegas Bowl and the 6th team from the Pac-12, yeah.  Wow, what a fricken let down! Man, does that tell you what the bowl folks think of the MW!

Here, have some crumbs of this cracker!

Congrats on the win over Boise St.

Have to agree on the bowl situation. I’m sure 12-0 UCF will get passed up again this year. And the last two championship games last night had teams with lopsided records.

Sooners in the final 4.  Will play Alabama in the Orange Bowl. The much maligned defense played a good game against Texas.  Made the big difference.  Kyler Murray is amazing to watch.  He may end up with the Heisman next week, since Tua had a less than spectacular day and was injured in the Georgia game.  Murray has him beaten in about every category, running, passing and the Sooners are the first team in NCAAF history to average over 500 yds per game. (the defense is improving since Mike Stoops left)

xxxx.  UCF was robbed again.  Does anyone know how strength of schedule is actually determined, because no one can tell me that the PAC 12 is that much better than the AAC this year.  I don't even think the ACC was that much better than the AAC this year (aside from Clemson)
