Hello,

I wet brine chicken and turkey.  I selected "Other" because I dry brine beef.

Have fun,
John

Why brine when the meats I cook turn out flavourful and very juicy?  I don't brine.

I wet brine most of my poultry, and dry brine everything else: beef, pork, seafood, some poultry.
