I just keep adding until it looks, feels and tastes right -- or, should I say, tastes like I want it to taste!

That's called cooking. I'm neither creative nor intuitive in matters culinary. This my help me stretch a bit from my comfort zone.

Well, tuna noodle casserole is a good one to practice on cuz you can add a little to start and then keep adding till you get what you like!
