Well, we got sidetracked and it sat in the juice for about 12 hours.
We took it out and drained it (did not rinse) and let it sit for 12 hours in zip bag.
Baked it, it was very moist, good taste as we seasoned it with S&P but we could taste the pickle juice. It also however tainted the thighs green which was a little odd to look at.
These were skinless and boned thighs so that could have been a contributing factor.
I will see if I can find the photos we took and post.
Won't do it again, at least not that long.
As a side note, I love chicken salad and use pickles in the mix, this will be very good for that I am thinking.

Sounds like it could be a good St. Pat's Day dish. ;)
