Anyone out there every grill one of these? I understand it changes the flavor abit and is really good? Any good recipes? times/temps?

Can't help w/ cooking info as it is far from my favorite... If the flavor profile was different I might give it a go..That means I am interested in your evaluation(s) should you venture into a cook or two.
