Sounds like bragging but honestly they turned out fantastic. Got lots of compliments on them. See your post (#4) when you recommended pineapple that was the clincher, Thanks a bunch.
Without a doubt we will do these again, they truly lasted about 10 minutes and one of the people even apologized to Gwennie and I for taking more than he should have (his words) he said he knew he shouldn't but could not help himself, gave everyone a good chuckle.
Thanks again for the suggestion, truly I think brushing them with the marinade offset the sweet perfectly and you had heat/sweet bite every time.

Those look great!  How salty was the cotija? I've had some that were really great, and others that taste like straight salt.

It wasn’t too bad, this was the first time we used it so we sampled it prior. It was a good compliment probably will taste good on a street corn type thing.

So it’s fresh corn season here and probably everywhere, anyway, street corn and it’s probably wrong but man it tastes great.

Label would indicate cow.
Its really good, kind of tastes like parmesan .
