That spot on the center of my shirt (right under the MAK logo) is a regular for me.

so back to the eggs... I do a fry on the egg like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4fNkktb76wM and i do the yolk with mayo, wasabi sauce, mustard, salt, white pepper, topped with bacon crumble or fried up pulled pork and jalapeno.

I've done 6 eggs at a time in a covered container. Worked great.

I also steam my eggs and that helps a lot compared to boiling.

My absolute favorite is sriracha mayo deviled eggs.

 12 large eggs
1/2 cup Sriracha Mayo (Lee Kum Kee) brand. available in most supermarkets
2 tsps yellow mustard
1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
1/8 tsp table salt
smoked paprika
BACON!
Mix all but the bacon into the cooked egg yolks. Fill the cooked egg whites and top with a piece of your favorite bacon. Sprinkle with smoked paprika!
These never last long at a party or when I bring them into work. ENJOY!

As long as the eggs were fresh, I boiled them with a little vinegar and left them in an ice bath for about 5 minutes, never had a problem peeling them.  If they are a few days old, i wont even try!

Haha...yeah, probably not a good idea for anything stronger than cayenne or maybe a stretch to habanero.

I remember when habanero was the hottest thing going....boy what a difference 20+ years makes.

Ahhhh! Fond memories Bentley. WIsh I had that pic of your face photoshopped on Tom Selleck. Now that was funny! Wonderful memories from the past.
