so let's just say I'm in the same but different boat. Last year and this year I'm going through a dry January. Last year I lost 17 lbs. I expect it will be more this year. (which of course means I gained it all back and more, but that's another story)
My pit will be on just as much as any time of the year.
- No Alcohol
- No Carbs
- 30 mins on the elliptical 5 days a week
It's really really easy, and ... fatty protein foods for me anyway aren't the problem. It's the "a light desert with an occasional pasta, pizza or casserole thrown in" that needs to be omitted.
