Simple Salmon with Avocado
« on: February 24, 2020, 02:02:42 AM »

Here are the steps–
  • Rub with olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Sliced avocado and cherry tomatoes
  • Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes

Rubbed with olive oil and sprinkled with coarse black pepper.

Add the avocado.  (Yeah, I forgot the shredded Parmesan cheese.)

Add the cherry tomatoes.

Into the pit.

Done bakin'.

Served with a nice salad and the right wine.

EDIT:  Had to change the way some characters displayed.

Did you squeeze any lemon juice over it once plated?  Looks wonderful.

Looks great. I have been eating more salmon lately. I appreciate the post and will be giving this a try.

;D.  No.  I've eaten a lot of fish in my lifetime and have only squeezed lemon onto it once, in a restaurant.

That looks great and as my wife loves avocados I just might have to make it for her.  However no avocados on mine so I think I would go with onion and goat cheese on mine
