So then I had a crazy idea. I went searching for the snow cone containers, no luck. Okay how about Mexican cupcakes? Worth a shot anyway. 12” flour tortillas cut into quarters. I left them to droop over shot glass to relax. Put them into a cupcake pan and baking them now. Could be an epic fail but either way you will see it. Update, this is how they look.

So once in a while my son will run out for a burger or order a pizza a couple of hours after dinner. My wife and I call it second dinner.
When I say the title of this thread my first thought was who the heck eats 4 lunches.

Marinated for 6 hours and grilled on the little lake grill. Going to slice it here after a nice rest. Then we will toss it around on the flat top and then......not sure?

Just in case you don’t like your protein walking around on hooves, we found some with tails. Man it sure smells like it is going to be good.
Where we live their are a lot of people that walk and bike around. I get a kick out of them saying “man that smells good”.

I wish I knew, but I really don’t. I should have bought about 4 of them. We use the heck out of them. I have only 2, don’t get old, does play tricks on le memory.

Tried to get some photos but it is crazy up here.
1st picture L-R. Our son, our daughter and our son in law.
2nd picture L-R. Our sons long time girlfriend (keep asking them when they plan a name change) and one of their friends.
“Toad boat” our granddaughter was eating ice cream and dang the luck, didn’t get a picture of her. For everyone else, her name is Henslee, only I can call her toadboat. Just ask her.
That was wave 2 of the eating part. We had a few other friends over also but no pictures.

Would you consider posting that marinade recipe and cooking instructions in the <Recipes><Fish & Seafood> section?

Well, since I do not see a picture of the "tortilla cups" I must press your feet to the fire and ask if they were used and how they were received?

The cups were too dry, I gave one a test run and to me they were a distraction. Kind of tasted crackerish without the salt (might try again but I really think that fried corn tortillas are the ticket, just don’t know how you could get them shaped to fry?) like the Tostitos cups, if that makes sense. Otherwise it was a big hit.

I also should say the pineapple was top shelf, the watermelon....uh, not so much, I need to retry it, was busy and didn’t pay close enough attention to it. Not a fail though just needs some work.

Sure will.
I put it in there, let me know if you have trouble getting to it.

Thanks, it really was quite good. Gwennie mixed in the crema some cilantro, garlic, black pepper and lime juice, it was outstanding.
