No, but I saw a tomato pie today with somewhat same flavor profile -- pie crust, 2-3 layers of fresh sliced tomato, mixture of cheddar and I think mozzella combined with mayo spread on top, parm sprinkled, then baked.

I am with you on the American cheese on the BLT, and my favorite pizza is Sausage, onion and mushroom. Never did the grilled cheese and ketchup. Ketchup for me I use on 2 things mainly, if I make a cold leftover hamburger on a roll with some butter and ketchup salt and pepper. The other thing is I like it on burn black hot dogs, if the dogs are just cooked normal, either mustard or at time mayo.

Kraft Dinner aka mac and cheese, cold with ketchup.   I no longer eat pasta/carbs, but that was my childhood favorite.

I remember as a kid making a meatless cheeseburger(we had no hamburger in the house) with just cheese and ketchup, and I remember it was good.

Now, my weird combo is a hamburger with only bacon and yellow mustard. I get the itch to eat one every once in awhile!
