Pretty cool method for brisket. Glad it was a hit!
My rotisserie has worked great for pork butts, prime rib roasts and now brisket flats.
have you tried ribs in it
No I haven't, but I thought about it a few times. The problem is finding a basket or something to keep the ribs in place. The basket I used for the brisket is about the longest I can use and still get it in the smoker and out without taking it off the spit rod. That brisket was also just about too big. I was barely able to close and latch the basket together.
