The parents were happy, there were compliments.  I was unable to reheat the meat and keep it at a color that was satisfactory to me.  I knew this because a couple of people said they would have the roast beef.  It looked like roast beef and not Prime Rib.  The only thing that saved the beef was it was quality so even though it looked horrid, it tasted pretty good.  The rest of the sides and desserts were very well received and ham that was supposed to be for kids was gobbled up by adults!  And it may have been the worst ham I have ever eaten!
