Been too hot to even cook outside. Has been almost 100 or more every day since we got here. Couple days left is all then highs in the 80’s next week. Might need a light jacket  :) :)

I have the Pro positioned just outside the patio door and close to a power source.  Have it set to 500 deg.

Grilling a couple chicken breasts. Lightly seasoned with Smokin’ Guns Sweet Heat.
Grilled about 6 minutes per side to internal of 165.

They were still moist. Had them with Wee Wiley’s sauce on the side along with a salad.

Thanks for watching. Hope to be posting more now that it will be cooling down.

Looks good!   I'll grill up a few breast for lunches during the week

Sounds like it was very nice meal.
So, is the Bougainvillea yours, or coming over the fence from neighbors yard.   :)

Coming over the fence. Love the color. Told the neighbor not to trim them. He also has a peach and lemon tree that overhangs the fence  :)

Good to see you settling in Buddy!  I miss citrus growing in the back yard.  Always had a lemon tree, had a lot of truly fine Lemonade over the years!

Looking to plant a few citrus once this heat breaks or at least when the rainy season starts, to give them half a chance at a good start. Thinking a few dwarf trees.
