Wonderful post, thank you JD.  Mom would be so pleased her pans are being used in passing along a traditional.  Your pork tenderloin sounds delicious and I look forward to photos of flaming pudding!!

Here are the pork tenderloins stuffed with figgy pudding and plum compote.
