I cook them similarly on the Memphis. 425 for 20 minutes, flip and then another 15. I usually like to season with salt and baking powder in the morning and dry on a rack in the fridge so the skin gets crunchy.

Made some last weekend, tossed with a sauce of gochujang, butter and garlic.

I tried doing them several ways and the best way was just following the directions off of the bag of the frozen wings I got from Sam's Club.

I have some frozen drummets with saline and water. They are really moist when put in air fryer, and I have to drain half way thru to get them crisp. Thinking about just doing them on the pit with Kickin Chicken seasoning when they are near done. Anyone done that?
