Braised and slow cooked beef ribs.

Supposed to be rainy and pretty cool this evening and decided on these for dinner.
Going to put them in the crock pot and go out for the day Christmas shopping for the Grandgirls.
Trying to decide on over noodles or over rice.
The pizza was last nights dinner and a bone for the dogs.

That Pizza look wonderful! Are they meatballs or sausage?  Are they Chuck or Short Rib?

I LOVE rice, but I double LOVE noodles. Slow cooked meat over noodles is #1 comfort food in my world.

Shortribs and yikes the whole house smells terrible good.
Pizza has real sausage best I can tell. It is not crumble type.
Gwennie is not a sausage fan but she adores this pizza.

I think if I had gone noodles (and it would have been my choice too), I would if had to have that mushroom soup/sour cream sauce, that would be over the top for me with beef like that!
