I guess I have never had Frito Pie, had many a Frito Chili boat, which was chili over Frito's!

I also have to jump on the Frito bandwagon. At swim competitions when my kids were young they served Frito pie at the concessions booth. Basically, they opened an individual serving bag of Fritos and dumped chili, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce and tomatoes right into the bag and gave you a spoon. It was awesome!

Our local High school football team serves this as an "Eagle's nest" at the food stand. They are the Eagles.

All those fixins would be great, have seen many a HS team do the chili over Frito's in the bag at games, but all them fixin, boy howdy!  We thought we had hit the jackpot if there were some onions to put on top!

stuffed fritos.   Get the dipping fritos.  Mix up your favorite stuffer ( i use taco meat ) and cook.  There are actual recipes for stuffed fritos if you look.   It was a hit the times i made it.
