The recipe I use for the potatoes is on the "Hey Grill Hey" website. I started to add some ham to it for additional flavor.

I got the turkey split up and it is in the frig with the dry brine on it.
What should the smoker temperature be set on for this? I see most recipes are at 275.

I cook it just like it is I the oven, 325°. I like the color that produces.
