Gave this a try this evening, execution was not so great, but it was good.
Could not find my normal size spring form pan but found this 6" one. Used a tortilla for the bottom, had a can of crescent rolls and used 5 to go around the outside, some shredded cheddar, cooked half a chub of breakfast sausage some green peppers and onions, mixed up 3 eggs, did not use all the sausage mixture nor all the eggs. Cooked for 30 minutes at 350° added a little cheese on top about 10 minutes before it was done.
Crescents were cooked nice, the eggs were cooked enough for me, the GF would like them cooked more, but she liked it, so it will be made again.
Eggs seemed to leak out around the bottom of the pan, made a mess will have to soak pan for 3 days probably.
Next time bigger pan, I may need to just go buy one, I will use a tortilla again and maybe try to find one larger than the bottom so it can wrap up the side some to cure leaking issue I had, possibly. Not sure if they make crescents in only one size or if they make larger ones, if they make larger I will try them.
