After my 4 pellet grills, I have a Weber Spirit that I fired up to cook on for the first time in about 4-5 years this weekend so I could try out the Euro Q griddle I have had for longer than the last time I used the Weber.  Both functioned well for their purpose.

There are a half dozen or so tools one could use to remove a nut from a bolt but one will work better than the others.  It's the same way with cookers.  My signature line shows the cookers I can use to cook a meatloaf, a Boston butt, a steak, a standing rib roast, or whatever, but one will work better than the others for my cooking needs.  If I only had one tool to remove nuts from bolts it would be an adjustable wrench.  If I could only have one cooker it would be a charcoal kettle, the adjustable wrench of cookers, but I am not limited, thankfully!  They all get used.

I've got a masterbuilt dual fuel smoker that I use mainly as a cold smoke cabinet.

My favorite is my bubba grill 250gal offset stick burner.
It puts out, IMO, better BBQ then my GMG DB.

I'll probably get bashed for saying that, but oh well.

Luv my GMG, and use it more than my offset, but I do prefer the offset.

I figured many came from other grills and still had them around when they started cooking with pellets.

I have a Broilmaster Superb gasser and an old weber kettle.

I thought I'd use gas and pellet 50-50, but so far I've been heavier on using the firecraft.

As sig suggests, as well as my Traeger and GMG DC, I also have a Kamado. I really like it, but rarely use it, as the pellet grills are so easy to use.

Technically, I still own a Weber kettle as well, although it has been on loan to a friend for so long, he probably considers it his own (and I won't argue! :) ). Great bit of kit.

And somewhere in the garage I have a Weber Smokey Joe. Picked up as a bargain a few years ago, after BBQ season, never got around to using it. Perhaps I should consider eBaying it, next spring.

I have a Napeolean 500 gasser. Since I bought the Pellet grill it has become the wife’s. She does the grilling and I do the smoking.

I only used this once for a party. It cost me under twenty bucks for the two pieces of steel and  few cinder block wall toppers. The bricks were just laying around. I lined it with aluminum foil and used charcoal briquettes. Don't always need a big expensive grill.
