And a gas grill in my Capital Culinarian range. It’s indoor but it’s still a real grill!

I have a bluestar. Love having the indoor grill. Almost always smoke outdoors,  but nearly 100% of my grilling is done indoors.

High five from the Open Burner Club!

I was torn between the Bluestar and the Culinarian. I think they're both incredible ranges. I'm with you though, I almost always grill indoors.

It would be hard for me to go back from open burners. I don't get why there are only a couple companies doing it. My decision was made mainly because we have a bluestar dealer in our area, which made looking at one and service a much easier endeavor. I had the 48 inch rangetop in our old house, and was stuck with a standard 30 inch opening in our current house. I bit the bullet, and got the platinum range mainly for the indoor grill assembly. I've really enjoyed it. There were some iffy comments out there about bluestar, but mainly older comments. They have seemed to up their game the last few years. I've been happy with both of mine.
