70 to 80 pounds of Heritage Pork Boneless Boston Butt

Last night I cooked for my Son's school family night.  It should be ready to go by noon today.   :lick:

Note that Chef John was not happy to see some of his family members going to the grill but it was for a great cause :cool:

I hear you brother! Did 60 lbs of bone in butt in the snow a couple of weeks ago. Had the DB pretty full!!

I used my MAK 2 Star and my Big Green Egg.  Because I only have a half of upper grate I could only put six on the MAK 2 Star and two on the Egg.  All should be done shortly and after a rest ready to pull.

Well it is complete and the pork is on its way to be eaten.  I hope they enjoy it.  to me the hardest part of the cook was pulling the pork.  Here are a few photos.

No molasses just a mustard moisturizer consisting yellow mustard, Worceshire sauce, apple cider vinegar and water.
