  • Making some Chipotle peppers!  I am planning 24 hours for drying, but time will tell!  Memphis Pro is set on 185°.

  • At 11 hours, half are done and the other half will come off at the 12 hour mark.  A 9 second video to show0 you how dry!

    Dried Red Jalapeno's & Red Anaheim's.

  • Was so pleased with the way the split ones came out I decided to try some whole.  Will be curious if the Green come out with the same color as the Reds after smoking!

  • No, they are just being dried for later use!  Probably will mostly be used in sauces! So many of them, just no other way to preserve in a limited space.
