Making some Chipotle peppers! I am planning 24 hours for drying, but time will tell! Memphis Pro is set on 185°.

At 11 hours, half are done and the other half will come off at the 12 hour mark. A 9 second video to show0 you how dry!

Was so pleased with the way the split ones came out I decided to try some whole. Will be curious if the Green come out with the same color as the Reds after smoking!

No, they are just being dried for later use! Probably will mostly be used in sauces! So many of them, just no other way to preserve in a limited space.
