I could not tell a difference from non-frozen other than they took a little longer to cook. Cooked at 375° there was very little smoke flavor. Next time I'll remove the skin and lower the temp. after 25 minutes. The butter/rosemary/lemon/rub coating yielded a good flavor.

Not much, I did not expect smoke to be a factor on these chicken quarters. Even though the DC controller read 375°, I believe that the grill temp. was much hotter. I did not have an external thermometer on the grill surface but the dome thermometer read over 500°.

I play way to much War Thunder I guess...I think we have all done frozen burgers, Larry would not use anything but for his Friday Night if he could keep them that way.  The rest, man I would think, well I guess I just don't know.

I think I will get a steak and see!

Grilling frozen steak, shrimp, chicken, burgers, salmon etc. is all the rage on some web sites.

Not World of Tanks?  Heathen!!! :D

I have decided at the last minute I wanted ribs or pork chops and taken them out hit them with some seasoning and into the preheated cooker, all turned out well.

I didn't realize this is the new rage in grilling...    I do know that buying a bag of frozen wings from Costco, then cooking them without thawing is a big time saver, and the frozen wings are cheaper then ones that are 'fresh'... ( most likely they aren't actually fresh, but had been frozen and were thawed before being put in the grocer's refrigeated meat section ).
