If the Dell was sold by Amazon, there should be a return window.

Just go to their website and review your orders.

Ed is right.  Just go through the return process at Amazon but it may cost you 10%-15% of your purchase price because it was not defective.

The restocking fee is holding me back, too cheap to pay it. I am warming up to the computer, so it will probably end up being a keeper after all. It has a lot of features that I like. I do have a tablet that could be used in conjunction with the laptop and it will solve most of my issues (just need to remember where I put it)! I must be getting old!!
