Just wondering if anyone has served pasta with Texas Chili (no beans)?

It's actually pretty good with the thin Spaghetti noodles. Takes the edge off if you overdid the heat also.

There's a cafe nearby that serves chili over spaghetti.  I love it!  What's to not love?

Yes.  Chili should never have beans, but I prefer it with beans over pasta.

Just wondering if anyone has served pasta with Texas Chili (no beans)?

Was so looking forward to 4 way last year in Cincinnati on the way to FSU V Min game last year.  Who knew they put cocoa and cinnamon in it, was quite nasty!

isn't that the most popular dish in cincinnati?

Not my preference, but acceptable.
For instance, my kids like it with spaghetti noodles so I cook the noodles separate and they can spoon the chili over it.
