Finished product. Flank Steak on left, bottom round on right.
I think I prefer the bottom round as it is easier to slice.
All vacuum sealed and in freezer. Well almost all.

do you dehydrate at all or just use the smoker

Could use the dehydrator I suppose. Haven't used it in a long time.
