Father’s Day Tomahawk
« on: June 17, 2024, 06:23:31 PM »

Choice rib eye from Freddie’s (Kroger.). $12.99 a lb.  Reverse sear.  Used charcoal pellets for the first time.   Noticeable difference in smell, can’t wait to try on a long cook.   Cast iron and beef tallow on the gasser for the sear.

I was really happy with the result.
