I didn't get any finished pics but it was really good.
Finished them in the oven after a couple hours of smoke, very tender and juicy.
My Wife and Daughter loved it, they hold the distinct honor of lead judges in this family.
Shredded the pork, put it on soft fried corn tortillas and guacamole, pico and cheese. Yum!
I also tried to rush some fresh, frozen on the cob corn, Mexican street style.
No time to get the right cheese for it so I cheated with Monterey Jack, uh not quite what we had in mind.
I will look for those again, they were pretty darn good
