Meatball time
« on: January 19, 2018, 05:58:16 PM »

Thanks to "triplebq" for the recipe.
More in a bit.
Smelling awesome!
Oh man, these are good, really good. They would make an amazing meatball sandwich if I knew how to make a good Marinara sauce.

Meatballs are one of my all time favorites. So many uses. Nice work.

The ingredients remind me of meatloaf I've done in my GMG.
I think meatballs are a better idea.
More dripping / interaction / good vapors.
And more surface area to absorb smoke.

Those look great! I'm assuming they freeze well? They'd be a good choice for making a large batch, freezing most of them, and using them as quick add-ons for sauces and such.

I usually make a big batch and vac seal them. I was sealing 6 to a bag for dinner until my 16 year old decided he needed 5 for himself  ???

They freeze well.

I hope they freeze well because we are going to make more today.
They are really good.
Now my son in law wants us to get a good marinara sauce recipe.
Says they will make great meatball sandwiches, we agree.
