Salmon fillet

Salmon fillet
 [ Invalid Attachment ]





-Cut slits in fillet
-Insert Lemmon slices in every 2nd slit
-mix diced shrimp,flaked crab,Italian bread crumbs, diced onions, butter
-stuff the rest of the slits with seafood mixture
-top with onions
-cook at  250° to 275° to your desired internal temp ( 145° Is recommended)

Salmon is soooo good on the smoker and that's a terrific presentation.

Made this for the Fourth of July. Turned out great! Folks loved the stuffing. Thanks for sharing it.
