#2 ready to pull. Don’t know why some take longer than others but they take what they take. A pork butt will not be rushed. Why they are hard to do for competition. When it’s time to turn in it’s time to turn in.  Done or not.

Costco bonless butts are a pleasure to cook with.  No bone, no gunk, just cook, pull, season and eat!

Indeed they are!

And great for making sausage.
