Greetings from North Carolina
« on: November 03, 2017, 04:18:23 PM »

Greetings From North Carolina, The birthplace of BBQ in the United States  ;) (just trying to get a rise out of some of you, haha).

I have been cooking with my GMG JB and DC for several years now.  I look forward to learning from you, and when appropriate, teaching others about what I know.
