There is a lot of info needed on temps,stones,dough,techniques & such. What ya think

I could provide a ton of information on pizza, however I never cook them on my pellet grill. Bentley made it pretty clear this is to be a pellet site, so I guess I'll have to wait for fast eddy to make a residential version of that pizza oven they are selling.
