The 2 sides are my wife's Broccoli/Cheese casserole and in the skillet, Sausage stuffing that I made with stock from the neck and backbone and smoked bread cubes.

That skillet looks delicious. Please tell me you had to sample that smokey goodness to make sure it was cooking properly . . .
