Don't run away. It 's not all that bad..I have only done it once , "Smoked Marinated", and found it had a rather good taste... The recipe follows:
- 14 to 16 oz of extra firm tofu cut into 3/4" slices.
- 3T soy sauce.
- 3T rice vinegar.
- 3T fish sauce...whisk together.
- Add the tofu to the above mixture. Place in the fridge for 2 hours, pat dry and brush lightly with Canola oil...Smoke @ 225º for 2 hours.
