This is the rub that I rolled my scotch eggs in.
Brown sugar 1/2 cup
Raw sugar turbinado 1/2 cup
Seasoning salt 2 tablespoons
Salt 2 tablespoons
White pepper 2 teaspoons
Cayanne pepper 1 teaspoon
Chili powder 1 tablespoon
Onion powder 1 tablespoon
Garlic powder 1 tablespoon
Cinnamon 2 teaspoons
Nutmeg 1 teaspoon
Ancho powder 2 teaspoon
Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
