This is our Recipe we use for Catering and Family You can always cut it down for smaller batches:

2- 55oz Cans Bush's Beans
1- 16oz Bottle of BBQ Sauce add more to taste if needed
1/4 Cup Onion Powder
1/4 Cup Molasses
1/8 Cup Garlic Powder
1/8 Cup Yellow Mustard
1/8 Cup Rub
1- Finely Chopped Red Bell Pepper
1- Can Drained Ortega Chiles Mild or your preference
3hrs @ 165 or 180* depending on Smoker, Then 225* another 2-3 Hrs depending on how thick you like your beans. As it cooks down the spiciness of the chilies will intensify.
After 3 hrs 165*
