Folks, I am bumping this to see if we get any more input.  We are trying to be responsive to needs or ease of use, but don't want to just do things to do it.  Is this something which you believe would make this forum better/easier to access?  Thanks.

As I understand it from the comments on other boards I frequent, Tapatalk makes it easier when using mobile devices, like smartphones and tablets, to post on a forum.  I have those devices but I rarely use them for forum activity so I don't need Tapatalk.

In my opinion <cough-cough>, a phone is a necessary evil. Cell phones even more so.

Not a day goes by when I don't see someone staring at their cell phone. Last Friday (a slow day at werk), a fellow employee didn't accomplish anything at the office. My guess is he spent 7-1/2 hrs staring at his phone.

Don't get me wrong, a cell phone has some pretty good features. But there's no way I'll ever be addicted to it.

I saw that the average person spends nearly 5 hours a day on their smart phones (not related to business).  That is mind boggling.  If you work and have a family when would you have time for anything else? I don't have one and don't have a cell phone, so that is why this stuff is Greek to me.

I'm somewhat ashamed to admit that I am absolutely addicted to my phone. Not sure what I did before it. I spend waaaaay over 5 hours a day on mine. I do all my browsing on it, and haven't picked up a computer in years (except at work). 

I've tried tapatalk and personally prefer the traditional look myself. Although,  I think it's very smart to have as an option for the people who prefer it. Based on the poll on ages, I think you have kind of a strange demographic here. Anyone my age (39) and under seem to pretty much live on their phone.

Using a computer for anything other than homework is literally comical to my children.
