Saturday Night Burgers

Removed the diffuser and broke out the Grillgrates for some burgers

Those look fantastic!  Try this... next time, flip those GrillGrates upside down when cooking burgers. I’ve never flipped them back for burgers since discovering this a few years ago :)

Nice! How do you like it? Have you tried making burgers on it?

Works grate ;), Ive done bacon, burgers, eggs, and ribeye on it.
